高速铁路正交异性桥面板疲劳细节的应力分析

Stress Analysis of Fatigue Details of Deck of Orthotropic Bridges in High-Speed Railway

摘要: 利用ANSYS 软件对正交异性钢桥面板建立了有限元模型,取客运专线的“标准ZK 活载”作为列车荷载,分析 了面板- U 肋- 横梁三者交叉处、U 肋- 横梁连接处及横梁开孔圆弧处的局部应力。分析结果表明: 桥面板的应 力主要集中在U 肋、横梁、桥面板三者相交的部位; 沿U 肋一周有明显的应力集中; 横梁开孔处为整个桥面板中局 部应力水平较高的位置,最大应力主要集中在开孔的下端圆弧部位,是易发生疲劳破坏的疲劳细节之一。

Abstract: Finite-element model was established by ANSYS for orthotropic steel bridge deck. Taking the standard ZK live load of PDL as the train load,the local stresses of the joint of rib and deck,the rib and crossbeam,and the cut-outs of the crossbeam were analyzed respectively. Analysis results showed that the stress of bridge deck mainly centered on intersecting part of the U-shaped rib,crossbeam,and bridge deck. Along the edge of the U-shaped rib there was obvious stress concentration. In the whole bridge deck,the local stress level of the cut-outs in crossbeam was almost the highest; the maximum stress at crossbeam cut-outs was mainly concentrated at the lower circular of the cut-outs,which was one of the positions prone to fatigue damage.
