输油管道土压力分析

Analysis of Earth Pressure on Oil Pipe

摘要: 应用ABAQUS 有限元软件,采用库伦摩擦模型模拟管土接触面上的法向和切向行为,建立了管土结构有限元 分析模型。应用该模型; 分析了管周土压力的分布、大小和管土相对刚度。结果表明: 管土相互作用对管道受到的 土压力分布和大小有重要影响; 管道竖向和水平向土压力在管径宽度和高度范围内大致呈抛物线分布,当管座地 基与回填土刚度不同时在交界面处发生突变; 得到的竖向土压力系数小于Marston 等理论公式的计算结果,水平向 土压力系数大于Marston 等理论公式的计算结果,而得到的管土相对刚度远大于现有理论公式的计算结果。在输 油管道力学分析时必须考虑管土的相互作用。

Abstract: Based on ABAQUS,normal and shear actions between contact surfaces of oil pipe and its surrounding soil were simulated by Coulomb friction model,and finite element model was established to analyze the structural response of pipe and soil. The earth pressure distribution,value and pipe-soil relative stiffness were obtained by finite element analysis. The results indicate that the interaction between pipe and soil has a significant effect on earth pressure distribution and value. The earth pressure distribution along the horizontal and vertical direction appears to be parabola curve within the pipe diameter. And changes appear abruptly at the interfaces of pipe subgrade and backfill soil with different stiffness. The vertical earth pressure coefficient obtained by FEM is less than those calculated by Marston theory etc. ,while horizontal earth pressure coefficient obtained by FEM is greater than those calculated by Marston theory etc. . Furthermore,the pipe-soil relative stiffness is much greater than that calculated by present theory method,and interaction between pipe and soil should be considered in mechanical behavior analysis of oil pipe.
