On Economical Control Scheme of Small-scale Ship Power Station Based on PPU

摘要: 对两机组小型船舶电站现行控制方案进行优化。在由PLC 与两台同步保护装置( PPU) 组成网络控制的现行 方案基础上,精简掉PLC,充分利用PPU 的逻辑控制功能,通过两台PPU 作为控制核心实现两机组电站的自动运 行。实践证明,其控制设备及控制技术精简的同时性能依然卓越。

Abstract: The current control programs of two units ship power stations were optimized. Based on current programs of network control which composed of one PLC and two Paralleling and Protection Units( PPU) ,PLC was streamlined; logic control functions of PPU was fully utilized. The two units power plant achieved automatic operation by two PPUs. Application proved that the control equipment and control technology were streamlined. Furthermore,its performance was excellent.
