波形钢腹板梁界面滑移计算公式推导

Calculation of Interface Slip Distribution for Beam with Corrugated Steel Webs

摘要: 为了解波形钢腹板箱梁的坚向抗弯性能,分析了波形钢腹板简支梁模型在各种基本荷载作用下的界面滑移状 况。假定波形铜板不承受纵向轴力和坚向弯矩,把波形钢腹极梁截面划分为4个独立的理想、弹性体,建立了滑移微 分方程;通过模拟实际的边界条件,推导出了组合梁模型在均布荷载、跨中集中荷载、两点对称加载作用下的界面滑 移表达式,及滑移引起的简支梁附加由率表达式。以数学公式表达波形钢腹板梁的界面滑移,为波形钢腹板梁的承 载力研究奠定了基础。

Abstract: Theoretical analysis on interfacial slip of model beam with corrugated steel webs under various typical loads was conducted to know the anti-bending performance of the box girder with corrugated steel webs. Based on the assumption that the corrugated steel didn' t bear the longitudinal axis force and vertical bending moment , the cross-section of beam with corrugated steel webs were divided into four independently ideal elastomers , and the slip differential equations was established. By simulating the actual boundary conditions , the interface slip expression of composite beams model was deduced under the uniformly distributed load , inid-span concentrated load , and the two-point symmetrical load. The expression of additional curvature caused by slip distribution was also derived. The mathematical formula is used to express the interface slip of corrugated steel webs beam , which lays the foundation for the load studies of corrugated steel webs.
