岸桥并行作业效率约束下泊位与岸桥集成分派

Berth-Crane Allocation Constrained by Parallel Operation Efficiency of Quay Cranes

摘要: 针对多个岸桥并行作业时的相互干扰而影响岸桥工作效率的问题,研究了岸桥并行作业效率约束下船舶作业 泊位分派和岸桥分配优化的方法。建立了以船舶在港惩罚成本最小为目标的混合整数线性规划模型,引人不同作 业环境下的干扰因子和偏离最佳靠泊泊位的惩罚系数,分析了岸桥工时和惩罚成本的影响。研究了并行作业岸桥 数量变化对效率的影响。算例分析表明:虽然岸桥并行作业的数量增多能够加快装卸,减少船在港惩罚成本,但是 会降低岸桥工作效率,增加岸桥总工时,从而增加集装箱港口的运作成本。

Abstract: Regarding the problem that the interferences among parallel operational cranes affect the efficiencies of cranes , the strategies for berth allocation and quay assignment were studied , considering the constraints of efficiency of parallel operational cranes. A mixed integer programming linear model was established to minimize the penalty costs when vessels stayed waiting for operations. Interfer ence factors in different operation environments and penalty coefficients off the optimal berthing position were introduced in the model to analyze the effects of varying the working hours of cranes and penalty costs. And the effects of the numbers of parallel operational cranes on the efficiency of these Cranes were further studied. The case studies show that more parallel operational Cranes can speed up the container handling tasks and reduce the penalty costs of vessels waiting for operations; however, it reduces the operation efficiencies of cranes , which increases the working hours of cranes and total operation costs of port.
