基于区间值模糊推理的公路工程定额拟定

Method for Highway Engineering Quota Formulation Based on Interval-Valued Fuzzy Reasoning Theory

摘要: 根据工效学理论分析了公路工程定额编制中工料机消耗影响因素及其权重,应用区间值模糊推理,研究了拟编制定额与相似定额综合相似度的确定方法和 工料机消耗量估算模型,将上述方法应用于汶川震后恢复重建工程的定额拟定,并把拟定成果与采用传统测定方法所得的结果进行比较,其定额基价误差仅为 1.92%。结果表明区间值模糊推理用于公路工程定额的编制,能满足工程造价确定与控制要求,且能充分利用现有丰富定额资源,兼顾专家的知识和经验,适应公路 工程项目单件性的特点,是一种持续改进的实用方法。

Abstract: The analysis of the quantity of construction material and working hours of labor and mechanical consumption influencing factors and their weights in the highway engineering quota formulation process was carried out based on the theory of ergonomics. Using the interval- valued fuzzy reasoning method, the method for determining the integrated similarity between the wanted document quota and other similarity in the published quotas was studied, and the estimation model for quantity working hours, construction material and mechanical consumption was also studied. The above research results were applied in the quota fixing of highway reconstruction project after Wenchuan Earthquake. Compared with the results obtained by the traditional field survey method, the error was only 1.92% of its quota fixed base price. The results indicate that the interval-valued fuzzy reasoning can be used to document highway engineering quota and to meet the requirement of highway project costs determination and controls. The proposed method can take full advantage of the rich existing resources and take the knowledge and experience of experts into account at the same time, which is adapt to the characteristics of a single piece of highway projects. The proposed method is a practical approach with continuous improvement.
