钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋吊装过程线形调整方法研究

Alignment Adjustment Method of Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Arch Bridge in Arch Rib Hoisting

摘要: 为了解决钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋吊装过程中线形调整问题,对拱肋的真实线形以及线形偏差调整量计算方法进行了研究。通过对拱肋线形误差因素的影响分析,提出了拱肋真实线形的计算公式。在既有的研究基础之上,针对线形调整量提出了可行-优化解的计算方法,从而计算出拱肋线形调整值。将这种方法应用于波司登大桥,调整后结构线形误差在规范允许范围内。

Abstract: In order to solve the linear alignment adjustment of concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) arch bridge in arch rib hoisting process, the calculation method of real linear alignment and linear deviation adjustment of arch rib was studied. Through the analysis on the influence factors for arch rib alignment errors, the calculation function of real linear alignment was put forward. On the foundation of current research, according to alignment adjustment value, a feasible and optimal solution calculation method was proposed and the arch rib alignment adjustment value was calculated. The proposed method was applied to Bosideng Bridge, whose alignment error after adjustment was in allowable range of regulation.
