基于二维傅立叶变换的圆杆弹性波模式识别及分离

Pattern Recognition and Separation of Elastic Wave Propagating in Circular Rod Based on Two-dimension Fourier Transform

摘要: 采用有限元模拟了声发射弹性波在高强钢丝内的传播过程,通过提取不同空间位置节点振动时程曲线组成二维幅值序列,由二维傅立叶变换获得了频率-波数域等值线图,并与理论频率-波数图进行了对比分析。结果表明:采用有限元方法能够精确地模拟弹性波在高强钢丝内的传播过程,不同时刻应力云图清晰反映了波在钢丝内的反射和叠加效应;基于二维傅立叶变换的频率-波数图与理论值吻合良好,可以有效地进行耦合波形模式识别和分离,从而实现复杂问题简单化。

Abstract: The process of sound-transmitted elastic wave propagating in high strength steel wire was simulated by finite element method. By picking the vibration time history curves of different position nodes to form a two-dimensional amplitude sequence, the contour map of frequency-wave number was obtained by the two-dimension Fourier transform, and compared with the theoretical value finally. The results show that the finite element method can accurately simulate the propagation of elastic wave in high strength steel wire, and the stress cloud images at different propagation time clearly reflect the reflection and superposition effect. Frequency-wave number map based on the two-dimensional Fourier transform is in good agreement with the theoretical value, which can be used to effectively recognize and separate the coupled waveform pattern, and thus simplify the complex problems.
