不同掺砾量心墙料渗透及压缩试验研究

Study of Penetration Test and Compression Test on Core Material of Different Gravel Amounts

摘要: 借鉴国内类似工程经验,针对拟定的不同掺砾组合进行了大量的试验研究,并对重点掺配比例的土料进行了渗透、压缩性能研究。研究表明:掺砾量在35%~55%范围内变动时,在防渗性能均满足设计要求的同时,压缩性能指标得到很大提高,压应力3.2 MPa下,压缩模量由原来的46.2 MPa提高到92.5~95.6 MPa。建议依托工程掺砾比例不宜超过50%,最终掺砾比例为45%。

Abstract: The experience of similar projects in China were consulted and many tests conducted on the different mixed gravel. In addition, research on the permeability and compression performance of the key proportion of soil materials were carried out simultaneously. Test results show that: When the proportion of gravel in the range of 35%~55%, compression performance index are improved greatly with the antiseeping criterion up to the design requirements.When the compressive stress is 3.2 MPa, the compression modulus increased from 46.2 MPa to 92.5~95.6 MPa, which is 2 times more than that of the original. Thus, the suggested proportion of the gravel in this project be no more than 50% and the final proportion applied is 45%.
