铁路综合枢纽土地集约化利用探究

摘要: 通过分析铁路综合枢纽土地集约化利用的内涵,建立了基于铁路综合枢纽土地集约化利用的综合评价体系。并从土地利用的角度出发,运用基于熵权的TOPSIS方法对重庆沙坪坝铁路综合枢纽土地集约利用水平进行了评价。结果表明:综合枢纽的土地集约利用水平在区域内具有突出优势,但在利用强度上还需要进一步加强。

Abstract: The meanings of land integrated use by means of railway comprehensive hub were defined and an overall evaluation system on integrated use of urban land by building comprehensive railway hub was established. The level of integrated use of urban land by building Chongqing Shapingba comprehensive railway hub was evaluated by entropy weight method TOSIS. The results show that the level of integrated use of urban land by building the railway comprehensive hub demonstrates a distinc advantage yet improved in strength is still required.
