极端水位对长江中游船舶交通流特征的影响

Impact of Extreme Water Levels on Characteristics of Vessel Traffic Flow in the Middle Reaches of Yangtze River

摘要: 极端水位下长江中游航道通航条件受到影响,通航管理部门通常采取必要管制措施,继而船舶交通流宏、微观特征发生变化。以长江中游太平口水道发生极端低水位,采取上下行间歇性封航措施为例,结合线性速度-密度关系下的船舶交通波模型,解释封航发生及解除后船舶交通流的集结、消散过程。结果表明:因封航产生的船舶交通流最大排队长度、阻塞时间与封航时间成正比。通航管理部门需制定科学详尽的通航计划,最大程度地减小封航影响。

Abstract: Navigation condition in the middle reaches of Yangtze River is easy to be changed under extreme water levels,and traffic control measures may need to be taken by the navigation administrative departments.These measures have great impact on the macro and micro characteristics of vessel traffic flow.Taking Taipingkou waterway under extreme low water level for example,the traffic control measure is upstream and downstream closure of navigation intermittently.Combining with vessel traffic wave model under linear relationship between speed and density,the gathering and dissipation process of vessel traffic flow before and after closure was elaborated.The study indicates that the maximum queue length and blocking time caused by closure of navigation is positively proportional to the time of closure of navigation.It is necessary for the navigation administrative departments to formulate scientific and detailed plan to minimize the effect of closure of navigation.
