变截面劲性骨架混凝土拱桥外包混凝土浇筑程序优化

Procedure Optimization for CFST Arch Bridge with Non-uniform Cross-section during Pouring Externally Wrapped Concrete

摘要: 以在建广安官盛渠江特大桥为例,基于拱顶挠度影响系数,采用穷举算法,以外包混凝土第2环(变截面)浇筑过程中拱顶的竖向变形总和最小为目 标,对第2环的浇筑路径进行了优化,得到浇筑路径优化方案。对该桥第2环(变截面)的工作面长度按照长度相等的原则和外包混凝土重量相等的原则进行 了划分,分别得到工作面长度相等方案和工作面重量相等方案。将3个方案进行对比分析,发现浇筑路径优化方案在拱顶挠度,拱肋线形,上、下弦杆应 力,外包混凝土应力方面更优。

Abstract: Taking Guansheng-Qujiang CFST Arch Bridge in construction in Guangan as an example, to minimize the total vertical deformation of the vault in the process of pouring the second ring (variable cross-section) of the wrapped concrete, the pouring path of the second ring was optimized and the scheme of pouring path optimization was obtained by the influence factor of vault deflection and exhaustive method. The length of working face of the second ring (variable cross section) of the bridge was divided according to the principle that the length was equal and the weight of the wrapped concrete was equal. The scheme of equal length of working face and equal weight of working face were obtained respectively. Through comparing and analyzing the three schemes, it is found that the pouring path optimization scheme is better in the vault deflection, arch rib alignment, upper and lower chord stress as well as the stress of the wrapped concrete.
