TLA和DCLR对沥青与集料黏附性的影响

Effect of DCLR and TLA on Adhesion Characteristics of Asphalt and Aggregate

摘要: 为了研究煤直接液化残渣(direct coal liquefaction residue,DCLR)和特立尼达湖沥青(Trinidad lake asphalt, TLA)对沥青与集料黏附性的影 响,基于表面自由能理论,以SK-90沥青为基质沥青,选用石灰岩和花岗岩为集料,采用躺滴法分别测量了DLCR、TLA掺量为0%、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%(与 SK-90质量比)的改性沥青的表面自由能,计算了沥青的黏聚功,以及沥青-集料的黏附功、剥落功和水稳定性评价参数值。结果表明:随着DCLR、TLA的掺 入且掺量的增加,沥青的表面自由能、黏聚功以及沥青-集料黏附功和水稳定性评价参数值均在不断增加,说明DCLR和TLA的掺入可以改善沥青-集料的黏 附性、提高沥青混合料的水稳定性能;在相同掺量下,DCLR提高沥青表面自由能、沥青-集料黏附性和水稳定性能的效果要明显优于TLA。

Abstract: In order to study the effect of direct coal liquefaction residue (DCLR) and Trinidad lake asphalt (TLA) on the adhesion characteristics of asphalt and aggregates, based on the theory of surface free energy, SK-90 asphalt, limestone and granite were used as the matrix asphalt and aggregate respectively. Sessile drop method was adopted to measure the surface free energy of the modified asphalt with different dosages of DLCR and TLA content respectively (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, the mass ratios of DCLR/TLA and SK-90). Parameters were calculated, including the cohesion work of asphalt, and the adhesion work, the flaking work and the water stability evaluation parameter of asphalt-aggregate system. The results show that with the increasing dosage of DCLR and TLA, the surface free energy and cohesion work of asphalt, the adhesion work and water stability evaluation parameter of asphalt-aggregate system are all increasing, which indicates that adding DCLR and TLA can improve the adhesion ability of the asphalt-aggregate system and the water stability of the asphalt mixture. The effect of improving the surface free energy of asphalt, the adhesion ability and water stability of asphalt-aggregate system by DCLR is better than TLA at the same dosage.
