锶渣代砂水泥砂浆性能研究

Performance of Mortar Containing Strontium Slag

摘要: 为研究锶渣作为水泥砂浆细集料的可行性,分析了击实试验前后锶渣的颗粒级配,对比分析了锶渣和机制砂密度、孔隙率、吸水性与压碎值的差异,研究了不同锶渣代砂率对M10与M15 砂浆稠度、力学性能及抗冻性能的影响,并对其水化硬化机理进行了探讨。试验结果表明:锶渣的级配良好,击实前后锶渣级配曲线分别处于砂颗粒级配区域II与区域III内;锶渣的密度比机 制砂低,孔隙率和吸水性较机制砂大,强度不如机制砂;M10与M15砂浆稠度随锶渣代砂率的增加而增大,且当锶渣代砂率为60%时,锶渣对M15砂浆稠度影响比M10大;两种砂浆的强度均随锶渣 代砂率的增加而下降,锶渣代砂率在40%以内时强度满足规范要求;锶渣提高了砂浆的抗冻性,其中M15砂浆抗冻性优于M10砂浆。

Abstract: To explore the feasibility of taking strontium slags as fine aggregate of cement mortar,the particle size gradation of strontium slags before and after compaction tests was analyzed and the comparative analysis was conducted on differences of strontium slags and machine-made sands in density,porosity,hygroscopicity and crushing value.Influences of different percentages of strontium slags on consistency,mechanical properties and frost resistance of M10 and M15 mortar were also studied; meanwhile,the mechanism of hydration and hardening of the cement was discussed.Results reveal that:the gradation of strontium slags is good,and the curves of strontium slags gradation before and after compaction tests are located in area II and III respectively.Strontium slags have lower density,higher porosity,higher hygroscopicity and lower strength than machine-made sands do.As the percentage of strontium slags increases,the consistency of M10 and M15 mortar increases; and when the percentage of strontium slags is 60%,strontium slags exact greater influence on consistency of M15 mortar than on that of M10 mortar.As the percentage of strontium slags increases,the strength of both mortars decreases; and when the percentage of strontium slags is not higher than 40%,the strength of mortars meets the requirements.Adding strontium slags increases frost resistance of mortars,in which M15 mortar performs better than M10 mortar does.
