干法掺入煤液化残渣沥青稳定碎石基层材料性能

Performance of Coal Liquefied Residue Asphalt Stabilized Gravel Base Materials with Dry Mixing Method

摘要: 为了研究干法掺入煤液化残渣(LQ)的沥青稳定碎石基层的性能,将煤液化残渣通过替代部分矿粉的方式掺入到沥青混合料中,对沥青稳定碎石混合料试件 进行路用性能试验分析,系统地研究干法掺入LQ对混合料的性能影响。结果表明:在沥青稳定碎石基层中通过干法工艺添加LQ可以提高混合料的高温稳定性和水 稳定性,低温抗裂性能降低,同时低应力水平下LQ沥青稳定碎石有较好的抗疲劳性能。

Abstract: In order to study the properties of the asphalt stabilized gravel base with dry mixing coal liquefied residue (LQ) method, the coal liquefied residue was incorporated into the asphalt mixture by replacing part of the mineral powder, and the influence of LQ on the performance of the mixture was studied systematically by analyzing the road performance of the asphalt stabilized gravel mixture. The results show that the addition of LQ in the asphalt stabilized gravel base with dry mixing method can improve the high temperature stability and water stability of the mixture but reduce low temperature anti-crack property, and the LQ asphalt stabilized gravel has good anti-fatigue performance at low stress level.
