不同受力模式下沥青混合料动态模量应变依赖特性研究

Strain-Dependent Model for Complex Modulus of Asphalt Mixture

摘要: 采用美国简单性能SPT和法国M2F梯形梁试验设备对AC13-SBS、AC20-SBS两种沥青混合料在不同受力模式下进行频率扫描试验;利用非线性最小二乘法拟合得到沥青混合料在不同应变水平下的动态模量主曲线,并在此基础上通过数学推导和数值拟合建立沥青混合料在弯拉和压剪两种不同受力状态下的动态模量应变依赖模型。结果表明:基于Boltzmann函数模型构建得到的沥青混合料动态模量应变依赖模型可靠度高,能够准确描述温度、频率、应变水平对沥青混合料动态模量的影响;沥青混合料作为一种整体性材料,在不同受力模式下呈现出不同的应变依赖特性。

Abstract: Two kinds of asphalt mixture were carried out on the frequency sweep test under different mechanical models by means of simple performance test and M2F trapezoid beam loading facility. The Boltzmann complex modulus model was established by nonlinear least squares fitting, and then the strain-dependent model under different mechanical models was built up by mathematical deduction and numerical fitting based on Boltzmann function. The results show that the strain-dependent model of complex modulus based on Boltzmann function can accurately and effectively describe the influence of temperature, frequency and strain on the complex modulus, and the strain-dependent features of asphalt under various mechanical models are different.
