湿度对沥青混合料黏弹性质的影响

Effect of Humidity on Viscoelastic Properties of Asphalt Mixture

摘要: 为研究湿度对沥青混合料黏弹性质的影响,对两类沥青混合料试件进行0%、50%、80%及100%这4种湿度水平下的单轴拉伸动态模量试验。以20 ℃为参考温度,绘制不同湿度水平下动态模量和相位角的主曲线,通过动态模量比、损失模量比及存储模量比,分析沥青混合料黏弹性质的变化情况。研究结果表明:当湿度由0%增加到100%,沥青混合料的动态模量呈现下降,存储模量先增后减,损失模量逐渐减小;当车速处在60~120 km/h时,类型1混合料模量下降21%,类型2混合料模量下降35%,承载能力降低;类型1混合料存储模量先增11%后降20%,损失模量降低21%,类型2混合料存储模量先增21%后降30%,损失模量降低37%;当湿度略微提高(<50%),沥青混合料黏性性质增强弹性性质减弱,但当湿度过高(>80%),沥青与集料黏附性的减弱造成沥青混合料整体黏弹性质均有所减弱。

Abstract: In order to study the effect of humidity on the viscoelastic properties of asphalt mixture, the uniaxial tensile dynamic modulus tests were carried out on the two types of asphalt mixture specimens at 0%, 50%, 80% and 100% relative humidity. The master curves of dynamic modulus and phase angle at different humidity levels were plotted with reference temperature of 20°C. The changes of viscoelastic properties of asphalt mixture were analyzed by dynamic modulus ratio, loss modulus ratio and storage modulus ratio. The research results show that when the humidity is increased from 0% to 100%, the dynamic modulus of the asphalt mixture decreases, the storage modulus increases firstly and then decreases, and the loss modulus decreases gradually. When the vehicle speed is 60~120km/h, the modulus of the type 1 mixture decreases by 21%, the modulus of the type 2 mixture decreases by 35%, indicating that the load carrying capacity decreases. The storage modulus of the type 1 mixture increases by 11% and then decreases by 20%, and the loss modulus decreases by 21%. The storage modulus of the type 2 mixture increases by 21% and then decreases by 30%, and the loss modulus decreases by 37%. When the humidity increases slightly (less than 50%), the viscosity properties of the asphalt mixture are enhanced and the elastic properties are weakened. However, when the humidity is too high (more than 80%), the whole viscoelasticity of asphalt mixture is weakened due to the weakening of adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.
