Applicability of Revised SCQ-MD Scale in Airport Pilots

摘要: 为了检验SCQ-MD(safety climate questionnaire,modified for drivers)量表在测量机场内场驾驶员安全氛围感知的适用性,采用问卷调查及SPSS 22.0统计分析方法对机场内场驾驶员安全氛围感知情况的统计数据进行研究。研究结果表明:SCQ-MD量表各项目与总分之间的相关性均达到显著水平,具有较好的项目区分度;探索性因子分析得到6个因子,共解释72.124%的方差变异,具有良好的结构效度;被试的年龄、驾龄、地区分布、在机场的工作时间等4个人口统计学变量与机场内场驾驶员的安全氛围感知之间具有相关性,与以往研究结果一致,具有较好的准则效度;该量表的Cronbachα系数为0.987,且各个因子的Cronbachs α系数均大于0.9,说明该量表具有良好的信度;引入DBQ量表进行安全氛围与驾驶员不安全行为之间关系实证分析,发现两者之间呈现显著负相关。SCQ-MD量表具有良好的信度和效度,且在应用分析结果上也与以往研究结论一致,说明该量表适用于测量机场内场驾驶员对安全氛围的感知状况。

Abstract: In order to assess the applicability of the SCQ-MD (Safety Climate Questionnaire, Modified for Drivers) scale in measuring the safety climate perception of airport drivers, the questionnaire survey and SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis method were used to study the statistical data of safety climate perception of airport drivers. The research results show that the correlation between the items and the total scores of the SCQ-MD scale has reached significant level, with good item discrimination. Six factors obtained by exploratory factor analysis accounts for 72.124% of the variance variation, which has good structural validity. There is a correlation between the four demographic variables of subjects and the perception of safety climate of airport drivers, which is consistent with previous research results and has good criterion validity. And the four demographic variables include age, driving age, regional distribution and working time in the airport of the tested. Cronbachα coefficient of the proposed SCQ-MD is 0.987, and the Cronbach α coefficient of each factor is greater than 0.9, indicating that the proposed scale has good reliability. The DBQ scale is introduced to empirically analyze the relationship between safety climate and drivers unsafe behavior, and finds that there is a significant negative correlation between the two. The SCQ-MD scale has good reliability and validity, and it is consistent with the previous research conclusions in the application analysis results, which indicates that the proposed scale is suitable for measuring the perception of the safe atmosphere of the airport drivers.
