Abstract:Tramcar collision avoidance radars usually use direct matrix inversion to detect signals, which has high complexity and large amount of computation. Through analyzing the characteristics of clutter, interference and noise around the tram anti-collision radar system, the conjugate gradient matched filter was applied to detect the tram anti-collision radar signal, which not only obtained the optimal CFAR detector, but also had lower computational complexity and smaller calculation amount than the direct matrix inversion method did. The proposed method can improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.
