花岗岩地层中盾构掘进效率影响因素研究

Influence Factors of Shield Tunneling Efficiency in Granite Strata

摘要: 为了定量对比盾构掘进花岗岩地层时的掘进效率,提出一种表征掘进效率的特征参数,并依托深圳市城市轨道交通8号线一期工程进行掘进试验和地层参数现场量测,分析了各影响因素和掘进效率的相关性,提出了针对不同地层的掘进效率控制措施。研究结果表明:岩石的单轴抗压强度和岩体的完整性系数均与掘进效率负相关,可用幂函数近似表达地层参数和掘进效率之间的经验关系;可用反比例函数近似表达掘进效率与总推力之间的经验关系,总推力对掘进效率的影响程度随地层坚硬程度的升高而降低;低推力高转速的掘进参数组合在微风化地层中效率较高,中等风化地层中总推力、刀盘转速分别为14 000±1 000 kN、1.6±0.1 rpm时掘进效率较高,可以通过牺牲掘进效率的方法来在该掘进速率水平上短期内提高掘进速率。

Abstract: In order to compare the tunneling efficiency of shield in granite quantitatively, a characteristic parameter characterizing the tunneling efficiency was proposed. Based on the field test of tunneling and in-situ measurement of strata parameters in the first phase project of Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 8, the correlation between the influencing factors and the tunneling efficiency was analyzed. The control measures for the tunneling efficiency of different strata were proposed. The research results show that both the rock uniaxial compressive strength and rock mass integrity coefficients are negatively correlated with the tunneling efficiency; the empirical relationship between strata parameters and tunneling efficiency can be expressed approximately by the power function. The inverse proportional function can be used express to approximately the empirical relationship between the tunneling efficiency and the total thrust; the influence of the total thrust on the tunneling efficiency decreases with the increase of the rock hardness. The combination of tunneling parameters with lower thrust and higher rotation speed is more efficient in the lightly weathered strata. In the moderately weathered strata, higher tunneling efficiency can be achieved by setting the total thrust and the cutter disc rotation speed to 14 000±1 000 kN and 1.6±0.1 rpm, and the tunneling speed can be improved on such basis in a short time by sacrificing the tunneling efficiency simultaneously.
