矿料/沥青体系微细观接触摩擦效应对压实特性的影响

Effect of Microscopic Contact Friction of Aggregate/Asphalt System on Compaction Characteristics

摘要: 为探究沥青混合料的压实特性,通过旋转压实仪成型试件,采用密实曲线平均斜率K1、K2和密实能量指数CEI表征沥青混合料的压实特性。基于自主开发的矿料接触试验仪和界面接触滑移试验装置提出用最大滑移作用力和最大滑移剪应力分别表征颗粒系统和沥青混合料的接触特性。从微细观水平分析了矿料/沥青体系接触摩擦效应对压实特性的影响。试验结果表明:粗集料的数量越多,颗粒间的接触效应越显著,沥青混合料越难以压实;相比SMA-13和OGFC-13,AC-13的工作性较好;公称最大粒径越大,沥青混合料达到目标压实度所需的能力越多,抗滑移变形能力越好。沥青用量越多或压实温度越高均会导致沥青混合料的接触强度减弱,从而提高工作性;最大滑移剪应力比K2更适合评价开放交通后沥青混合料的压实特性。

Abstract: To investigate the compaction characteristics of the asphalt mixture, the specimen was molded by Superpave Gyratory compactor, and the compaction curve average slope K1, K2 and compaction energy index CEI were used to characterize the compaction characteristics of asphalt mixture. Based on the self-developed mineral contact tester and interface contact slip tester, the maximum slip force and the maximum slip shear stress were proposed to respectively characterize the contact characteristics of the particle system and the asphalt mixture. The influence of contact friction effect of mineral aggregate / asphalt system on compaction characteristics was analyzed from the microscopic level. The test results show that the more the coarse aggregates, the stronger the contact effect among the particles, and the more difficult the asphalt mixture is to be compacted. AC-13 asphalt mixture has better workability than SMA-13 asphalt mixture and OGFC-13 asphalt mixture. The larger the nominal maximum particle size, the more energy required for the asphalt mixture to achieve the target compactness and the better the anti-slipping deformation ability. The more asphalt content or the higher compaction temperature will reduce the contact strength of asphalt mixture, so as to improve the workability. The maximum slip shear stress ratio is more suitable to evaluate the compaction characteristics of asphalt mixture than K2 after exposure to traffic.
