基于ADAMS的汽车制动分析模块开发设计

摘要: 随着虚拟样机的发展,各类仿真分析软件被广泛运用于汽车制造业等领域。然而,用户需花大量时间了解和 熟悉各类软件的繁琐命令和功能,影响了使用效率。基于以上问题,开发了基于ADAMS/View的汽车制动分析模 块,并通过该模块的开发快速实现用户特定的汽车制动仿真分析,降低使用标准,缩短开发周期,节约成本。同时 可考虑开发实现自动建模及整车性能分析等功能的相关模块并系统化,这种对现有软件的二次开发思想,有利于 自主研发能力的提高,同时可推广到其他制造行业。

Abstract: With?the?development?of?virtual?prototype,?kinds?of?simulation?analysis?software?have?been?widely?used?in?automobile?manufacturing.?However,?the?users?must?spend?much?time?in?familiarizing?the?tedious?commands?and?comprehend?correlative?theoretical?knowledge?of?the?software,?which?decreases?the?efficiency.?So?the?design?of?braking?analysis?module?is?put?forward?based?on?ADAMS/View.?The?user?can?achieve?the?specific?braking?simulation?analysis?rapidly?by?using?the?module,?which?can?maximally?shorten?periods?of?development?and?reduce?the?costs.?At?the?same?time,?the?development?of?related?modules?for?realizing?automatic?modeling,?the?vehicle?performance?analysis?and?the?systematization?of?these?modules?are?also?advised.?The?idea?of?secondary?development?of?existing?software?can?improve?the?capability?of?independent?development?and?can?also?be?popularized?to?other?manufacturing?industries.
