摘要/Abstract

摘要： 阐述了西藏“十二五”时期交通发展取得的成绩。在此基础上，全面分析了“十三五”西藏交通运输发展面临的形势及对科技的需求，结合国家加快“四个交通”建设战略，提出了西藏“十三五”交通规划发展的指导思想、发展目标、重点任务，并对科技人才需求及体制机制建设进行了分析，从而为促进西藏交通运输科技事业持续健康发展提供强有力支撑。

关键词: 高原环境, 交通发展规划, 公路建设, 科技人才需求

Abstract: The transport development current status in the “13th five-year plan” for the transport development plan of Tibet and the achievement obtained in the period of “12th five-year plan” were stated and the demand for science and technology, guiding thought, goal of development, important tasks and corresponding demand for talents were elaborated. Creation was made on the talent system so as to promote the sustainable healthy development of transport and science and technology in Tibet, and provide a powerful support for the development of Tibet transport development.
