金沙江枢纽散货长期翻坝运输方案探讨

Discussion on Long-Time Cross-Dam Transportation Schemes of the Bulk Cargo for Jinsha River

摘要: 随着金沙江库区形成蓄水,库区航道条件得到明显改善。但由于库区通航设施建设滞后与不足,必须采取措施提高金沙江综合通过能力。通过现场 调研、资料搜集、类比分析及参考相关工程经验,探讨了适合金沙江散货长期翻坝运输的可行方案,建立起金沙江下游各枢纽区域以公路翻坝运输为主, 皮带翻坝运输为辅,公路+溜筒翻坝运输为补充的多种翻坝运输方式,为采用多种翻坝运输方案解决金沙江枢纽通航能力不足提供参考。

Abstract: With the formation of water storage in Jinsha River reservoir area,the channel condition of the reservoir area has been obviously improved.However,because of the hysteresis and insufficiency of the construction of navigation facilities,some measures must be done to increase the integrated throughput capacity for Jinsha River.The feasible schemes of long-time cross-dam transportation of the bulk cargo for Jinsha River were discussed by means of field investigation,data collection and analogy analysis as well as referring to the relevant engineering experiences.Various cross-dam transportation schemes of the hub areas at Jinsha River downstream were proposed,where the road cross-dam was principal,the belt conveyor cross-dam was auxiliary,and the road + chute tube cross-dam was supplementary.The research provides some references to solve the insufficiency of integrated throughput capacity of Jinsha River by various cross-dam transportation schemes.
