基于分形理论SAC级配设计与改性沥青应用研究

SAC Gradation Design Based on Fractal Theory and Modified Asphalt Application

摘要: 应用分形理论级配设计方法设计多级嵌挤骨架密实型SAC级配,通过调整分形设计维数Dc、Df和分界尺寸通过百分率P(rDCF)设计不同组SAC级配,以宏观指标空隙率研究分形级配设计方法对SAC级配矿料组成结构的影响,并运用灰色关联法分析分形设计参数与混合料空隙率相关性;在分形SAC级配上使用SBS改性沥青,通过混合料室内路用性能试验揭示SAC级配改性沥青的应用效果。研究表明:分形级配设计3种设计参数与空隙率的关联程度Dc>Df>P(rDCF),通过调整3个设计参数能有效控制沥青混合料空隙率,改性沥青配合SAC级配使用表现出极佳的路用性能。

Abstract: The multi-level density built-in grading skeleton of SAC was designed by the fractal gradation theory, and different groups of SAC grades were designed through the adjustment of fractal design dimension Dc, Df and the passing percentage of demarcation size P(rDCF). The influence of fractal gradation design method on the composition structure of SAC gradation was researched by the macro index voidage, and the relativity between the fractal design index and the voidage of mixture was analyzed by the grey relational method. Using SBS modified asphalt on fractal SAC gradation, the application effect of the SAC grading modified asphalt was revealed through the indoor road performance test of the mixture. The results show that: the relativity of the 3 indexes of fractal grading design and void fraction is Dc>Df>P(rDCF); by adjusting 3 design parameters, the voidage of asphalt mixture can be effectively controlled, and the modified asphalt used with SAC grading shows excellent pavement performance.
