温拌无纤维SMA混合料压实特性研究

Compaction Properties of Warm Mixed Non-fiber SMA Mixture

摘要: 采用旋转压实仪,研究油石比和成型温度对温拌无纤维SMA压实特性的影响,并和普通热拌SMA进行比较,分析压实特性。试验结果表明:温拌无纤 维SMA与普通热拌SMA各压实性能相近,在降低30 ℃下,温拌无纤维SMA和普通热拌SMA均具有较好的压实性能。随着油石比以0.3%为间隔增加,温拌无纤 维SMA的可压实性表现出增长的趋势。温度对温拌无纤维SMA压实性能影响很大,当温度提高20 ℃,压实功减小约50%,但超过140 ℃后,压实速率趋于平 衡。

Abstract: The effect of bitumen aggregate ratio and molding temperature on the compaction properties of warm mixed SMA was studied by using a rotary compaction apparatus. The compaction properties of SMA were compared with those of ordinary hot mixed SMA. The results show that the compacting properties of warm mixed non-fiber SMA and ordinary hot mixed SMA are similar. In the case of reducing the temperature of 30 ℃, both the warm mixed non-fiber SMA and ordinary hot mixed SMA have good compaction performance. With the increase of bitumen aggregate ratio at 0.3% intervals, the compaction of the warm mixed non-fiber SMA shows a trend of increasing. The temperature has large influence on the compaction performance of the warm mixed non-fiber SMA. When the temperature is raised by 20 ℃ , the compaction work is reduced by about 50%, but the compaction rate tends to be balanced after 140 ℃.
