基于诱导终端组合的交通信息发布方式评价

Evaluation of Traffic Information Release Mode Based on Guidance Terminal Combination

摘要: 为提高城市交通信息服务水平,对交通信息发布方式特点及出行者需求进行了分析,将各诱导终端进行了两两组合,并在此基础上建立了交通信息 发布方式评价体系。研究首先利用层次分析法和熵值法相结合的方法确定指标权重,接着提出了基于改进密切值法的评价模型。案例结果表明:改进密切 值法的结果比传统值降低了,同时其评价误差低于TOPSIS法及多属性效用法,由此表明改进密切值法是一种相对有效的交通信息发布方式评价方法。

Abstract: In order to improve the service level of urban traffic information, the characteristics of traffic information release and the travelers' demands were analyzed, and every two guidance terminals were combined as a group. Based on the above, the evaluation system of traffic information release mode was proposed. Firstly, the index weights were obtained by the combined method of analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method. Secondly, the final evaluation model based on an improved osculating value algorithm was presented. Results of the case study show that: the results of the improved osculating value algorithm are lower than the traditional value; at the same time, the evaluation errors are lower than those obtained by TOPSIS method and the multi-attribute utility method. It is indicated that the improved osculation value algorithm is a relatively effective evaluation method of traffic information release mode.
