地锚式独斜塔斜拉桥地锚箱位置的参数研究

Parameters of Anchorage Boxs Location of EarthAnchored CableStayed Bridge with Single Inclined Pylon

摘要: 以贵州省内已建成的地锚式独斜塔斜拉桥为研究背景,运用有限元分析软件MIDAS-CIVIL建立有限元模型,对地锚箱位置进行参数分析。不同地锚箱位置,必然对斜拉桥的主梁内力、挠 度和塔顶侧移等产生不同的影响。同时从力学角度分析了地锚索的材料用量,引入材料单价,得到地锚索的材料总造价,并对地锚箱位置进行优化分析。分析结果表明:地锚箱位置对结构静 力特性及地锚索材料用量有很大的影响,且其合理位置控制在0.50~0.65的主跨长度时结构的受力性能和经济性较优。

Abstract: Based on the constructed earth-anchored cable-stayed bridge with single inclined pylon in Guizhou, the software MIDAS CIVIL was used to set up the finite element model for the bridge to carry out parametric analysis of anchorage boxs location. The anchorage boxs location was bound to show different influences on the internal force, deflection and the lateral displacement of tower top of the main beam of the cable-stayed bridge. From the viewpoint of mechanics, the material amount of anchor cables was analyzed, and the cost of anchor cables was obtained by introducing the cost of per unit weight of the stay cables for the optimization analysis of the anchorage boxs location. The analysis results demonstrate that the anchorage boxs location makes an apparent contribution to the change of structures static performance and the material amount of anchor cables. The anchorage boxs location is reasonable when the main span is with the length of 0.5~0.6, and the mechanical properties and economy of the structure are preferable.
