Degradation Mechanism , Reliability Assessment and Multi-Objective Optimization of Maintenance Strategies of Existing Reinforced Concrete Bridge

摘要: 利用快速腐蚀构件、实桥构件承载力试验与桥梁破坏性试验,通过外观检测、挠度测试等手段,揭示了腐蚀环 境下RC桥梁的退化机理;考虑腐蚀参数的随机性和时变性,建立了RC桥梁在腐蚀环境下的时变可靠度模型,计算 了RC桥梁在大气环境下的失效概率和锈胀开裂比例;在此基础上,结合维修加固成本模型,构造了RC桥梁维修加 固多目标优化的目标函数和约束条件。利用桥面板的维修加固实践,证明方法的合理性。

Abstract: The rapid corrosion of components , real bridge component bearing capacity test and destructive test of bridge were used to reveal the degradation mechanism of the RC bridge under corrosive environment by means of surface detection , def1ection test and so on. Considering the randomness and time-varying of corrosion parameters , RC bridge model was established in the time-varying reliability of corrosive environment , and the failure probability and the corrosive cracking ratio of RC bridge in the atmosphere environment of were calculated. On this basis , with the consideration of maintenance cost model , RC bridge maintenance and reinforcement of multi-objective optimization objective function and constraint conditions were constructed. The bridge deck' s maintenance practice was used to prove the rationality of the proposed method.
