T型管节点应力集中系数的数值分析

Abstract: The?stress?distribution?of?tubular?T-joints?at?hot?spot?stress?areas?and?its?maximum?stress?concentration?factors?(SCFs)?under?the?axial?loads?are?analyzed?by?use?of?finite?element?method.?Through?the?computation,?it?is?found?that?the?maximum?stress?concentration?factors?are?located?at?the?saddle?position.?Therefore,?the?influence?rule?of?tubular?T-joint?geometric?parameters?on?the?stress?concentration?factors?is?also?investigated?through?analyzing?numerical?models?with?different?geometric?parameters.

摘要: 用有限元方法分析了承受轴向拉力作用时T型管节点在热点应力区的应力分布,以及最大应力集中系数,通 过计算发现,最大应力集中系数出现在鞍点处。在此基础上,通过对不同几何参数的T节点进行模型分析,得出T 型节点的几何参数对应力集中系数的影响规律。
