基于ADAMS的高空作业车举升臂动力学研究

Abstract: The folding booms aerial work platform with its maximal working height of fourteen meters was studied. Mechanism model of the work platform with Mutli-body Dynamics Software ADAMS was established. The working process of lifting booms was simulated with ADAMS to analyse the dynamic character. The graphs of velocity and driving torques of lifting booms were drawn to demonstrate those dynamic characters. Simulation results show that a realistic switching operation can be simulated with the build-in function in ADAMS,so practical method is provided for motion control of lifting booms

摘要: 以国产某型14 m 折叠臂式高空作业车为研究对象,运用多体动力学软件ADAMS 建立了举升臂的机构模型, 在此基础上对其举升臂的作业过程进行了动态仿真分析,绘制出举升臂部件的速度、关节驱动力矩的变化曲线。 仿真结果表明: 通过使用软件内建函数可以很好的模拟举升臂的切换运动,为举升臂的运动控制提供了可行的 方法。
