Index Calculation of Automobile Ride Comfort Based on Butterworth Filter

基于Butterworth 滤波器的汽车平顺性指标计算

Abstract: Combining the index requirement of automobile ride comfort with the design standard of the fractional-octave filter,the sampling time sequence signal could be ongoing band-pass filter referring to every octave band of twenty central frequencies;and the root-mean-square value of the filtered signal is computed with the proposed Butterworth band-pass filter programmed by the software MATLAB. And the weighted root-mean-square value would be also computed according to the weight coefficients of one-third octave band in the standard of automobile ride comfort. The testing data processing shows that the result of the one-third octave band analysis calculated by programming is almost approximate with that obtained by the dynamical analysis instrument of SD-380,which can realize the effective evaluation about the automobile ride comfort,and satisfy the requirements of band-pass filter performance indices.

摘要: 结合汽车平顺性评价指标计算要求和分数倍频程滤波器设计标准,针对评价指标中的20 个中心频率对应各 频带,运用MATLAB 编程设计Butterworth 带通滤波器,对采集后的时间序列信号进行带通滤波并计算滤波后信号的均方根值; 根据标准中1 /3 倍频带的加权系数计算加权加速度均方根值。试验表明: 编程计算的1 /3 倍频带分析与动态分析仪SD-380 处理的结果基本吻合,能够实现对汽车平顺性的有效评价; 设计的带通滤波器性能指标满足要求。
