某轻卡驾驶室前地板强度试验研究

Abstract: Based on the cracking phenomenon of the 1100r of a light truck cab , the analysis on the front 1100r strength was carried out , through the force relationship between tilting mechanism and cab system. Through the electrical measurement method , the stress value of each measuring point under the state of the cab l1ip and travel on the road was obtained , which provided a reliable basis for the modification of cab mechanism.

摘要: 以某轻卡驾驶室地板开裂现象为背景,通过翻转机构和驾驶室系统的受力关系,对驾驶室前地板进行强度分 析,并通过电测法测得驾驶室翻转状态下及道路行驶时各ìPlú点应力值,为改进结构提供了可靠依据。
