Experimental Research on RC T Beams Strengthened with Double Prestressed CFRP Strip

双层预应力碳纤维板加固大比例T型梁试验研究

Abstract: In order to meet the need of strengthened bridge of large tonnage prestressed CFRP,BXM502D which can anchor double CFRP strips was developed. Through the static anchoring assembly breaking test,it was verified that the BXM502D anchorage capacity could reach above 600 kN. Experimental research for large proportion of T beam strengthened with prestressed double CFRP strips were designed,the double CFRP strips were tensioned 300 kN by the anchorage BXM502D. The test results show that double prestressed CFRP plates can significantly improve the original structure of cracking,yielding load,and greatly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure

摘要: 为适应桥梁加固对大吨位预应力加固的需要,研制了能一次夹持双层碳纤维板的波形锚BXM502D,通过锚固 组装件的静力破断试验,验证了该型号波形锚的锚固能力能达到600kN以上。将波形锚BXM502D用于大比例T 型梁进行双层预应力碳纤维板的加固试验,双层碳纤维板的预拉力达到300kN;试验结果表明双层预应力碳纤维板 能与被加固的混凝土梁共同工作,非常显著地提高了原结构的开裂、屈服荷载,也大幅提高了原结构的极限承载力。
