Shrinkage Properties of Cement Stabilized Crushed Stones Mixed with Fly-Ash

掺粉煤灰水泥稳定碎石收缩特性研究

Abstract: In order to assess the influence of fly-ash on the shrinkage performance of cement fly-ash stabilized aggregate, the variation rule of shrinkage property of cement stabilized aggregate and cement and fly-ash stabilized aggregate with different contents of fly-ash was researched by dry shrinkage test and temperature shrinkage test. The results show: there is similar change law for cement stabilized crushed-stones and cement fly-ash stabilized crushed-stones; the dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage amount can be improved evidently when the cement stabilized crushed-stones is added by 5%~10% fly-ash. Therefore, the risk of shrinkage cracking can be reduced obviously. The mixing amount of fly-ash should not exceed 15% of the mixtures, otherwise the dry shrinkage and the temperature shrinkage amount will increase remarkably. On the base of the dry shrinkage and the temperature shrinkage amount, the optimal mixing amount of fly-ash should be 5%~10%.

摘要: 为了评价粉煤灰对水泥稳定碎石收缩性能的影响,通过干缩试验和温缩试验,研究了水泥稳定碎石和不同粉煤灰掺量的水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石混合料收缩特 性变化规律。结果表明:水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石与水泥稳定碎石混合料具有相似的干缩和温缩变化规律;粉煤灰掺量为5%~10%时,水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石的干缩和温 缩得到明显改善,从而减小产生收缩裂缝的几率;粉煤灰掺量>15%时,试件干缩和温缩均显著增大。建议粉煤灰最佳掺量为5%~10%。
