Size Optimization of Bus Body Frame Based on DOE

基于DOE方法的客车车身骨架尺寸优化

Abstract: To lighten the weight of bus body frame, finite element model of EQ6607 bus body frame was established by HyperMesh, at the same time, the static strength and modal analysis of the model was also carried out. The program that the optimal size of beam cross-section of the bus body frame was determined by DOE, range analysis and variance analysis was proposed. Compared with the original model, the weight of new model was reduced by 123.5 kg, which satisfied the static and dynamic requirements and achieved the objective of lightweight design. The result indicates that the new design of bus body frame is rational.

摘要: 为减轻客车车身骨架总重量,利用HyperMesh建立了某客车车身骨架的有限元模型,进行了静力分析及模态分析。提出采用使用DOE及极差分析和方差分析, 确定车身骨架梁截面最优尺寸方案。得到的新车身骨架模型与原模型相比重量减轻了123.5 kg,并满足动静态要求,达到轻量化设计的目的。研究表明,该车身骨架设计合理。
