大跨扁平钢箱梁悬索桥全桥气弹模型设计

Abstract: The design,fabrication,installation and debugging of full aeroelastic model of Maputo bridge(main span 680 m were elaborated. Firstly, the required similarities and consistency conditions of design for the full aeroelastic model were introduced. Then, the design and manufacture technique of structural components such as girder,main cables,sling,pylons were expounded. In the end, the model debugging approach and testing results of the model under completion state and four typical construction states were presented. The results of testing dynamic characteristics show that the design and manufacture method are feasible for the full aeroelastic model of Maputo bridge. The model is satisfied for the experimental requirements, and the research can provide reference for wind resistance studies of other similar bridges.

摘要: 对主跨680 m的Maputo大桥全桥气弹模型设计、制作、安装及调试的方法进行了详细论述。首先介绍了全桥气弹模型设计需要满足的相似性及一致性条件,然后详细介绍了主梁、主缆、 吊索、桥塔各构件的设计和制作方法,最后论述了成桥态及4种典型施工态(100%梁段、45梁段、29梁段和13梁段气弹模型的调试方法和检测结果。根据动力特性检测结果可知:Maputo大桥全桥气弹模型的设计与制作方法可行,模型能够很好地满足试验要求,研究内容可为其他同类型桥梁的抗风研究提供参考和借鉴。
