Broken Stone Gradation Research Under Maximum Shear Strength

基于最大抗剪强度的碎石配比研究

Abstract: By the graded broken stone gradation theory, the gradation design method was proposed based on the greatest shearing strength. The self-made large direct shear apparatus was applied to carry out the shearing strength experiment to the design gradation. The relations of the shearing strength, the crushed stone allocated proportion and compactness were analyzed, and compared with standard design grading. The test results show that the designed gradation can improve aggregate's performance. The graded broken stone scope of present standard could be supplemented in order to design and control construction conveniently, and to enhance the graded broken stone operational performance.

摘要: 通过级配碎石的级配理论,提出基于最大抗剪强度的级配设计方法,并应用自制的组装式大型直剪仪,对设计的级配进行抗剪强度试验,同时分析了抗剪强度与碎石配比和密实度的关 系,并与规范给出的设计级配进行对比。对试验结果进行分析,得出自行设计的级配能使集料的性能得到更好的发挥。可以补充、完善现行规范中级配碎石的范围,便于设计和施工控制,提高 级配碎石使用性能。
