暴风雪天气下高速公路驾驶员信息获取研究

Abstract: The acquisition of snowstorm information is an important way to ensure safety for the expressway users. The acquisition strategies of driver information can provide the road users with a high rate of success and timely information. 200 drivers of different vehicles had been selected for travel purposes and information demands via questionnaires, and by comprehensive research methods, a logical model of information demand was established. Proposals for improvement had been put forward through an investigation of the existing facilities, the information publishing means and the analysis of inadequacies in the existing schemes. A summary of potential new information publishing technologies was made. Based on the feasibility analysis, a new information system was established by integrating the existing facilities and new technologies. The proposed information publishing scheme was designed to include time, groups, ranges, contents and modes. And its information publishing flow would serve as a technical prop for expressway management in snowstorm weather.

摘要: 暴风雪天气下信息获取是保障高速公路使用者出行安全的重要手段,研究驾驶员信息获取策略可以保障道路使用者信息获取的及时性及成功率。选取样本量为200的不同车型驾驶员进行调查问卷,统计驾驶员出行目的和信息需求,利用综合分析法建立信息需求逻辑模型;通过调研依托工程现有信息发布设施及信息发布手段,分析现有方案存在的不足,提出改善建议;总结信息发布潜力技术,通过对其进行可行性分析,利用信息融合手段对已有设施及网络技术进行融合,建立综合信息发布系统;从发布时段、发布对象、发布范围、发布内容及发布方式进行信息发布方案设计,提出信息发布流程,为冬季暴风雪天气下高速公路管理提供技术支撑。
