Design of Cable Tension Measurement System Based on Vibration Frequency Method

基于频率法的索力测量系统设计

Abstract: According to the principle that cable tension can be measured by vibration frequency method, the simplified cable tension measurement system based on SCM was designed, and both whole hardware and whole software design systems were finished. The whole software included the processing program about MCU, IIC bus program flow, frequency spectrum analysis, key control, as well as LCD module and host computer software. Finally, the cable tension measurement experiment with Dafosi Bridge of Yangtze River was carried out, and the experimental results showed that this measurement system was applicable, portable and easy to use.

摘要: 根据振动频率法测量索力的原理设计了基于单片机的简易索力测量系统,完成了系统硬件总体方案研制和总体软件设计;软件包含处理器程序设计、IIC 总线传输模块、频谱分析、键盘控制与LCD模块及上位机软件。经过重庆大佛寺长江大桥的索力测量,实例验证表明:系统适用性强,携带方便,操作简单。
