混凝土硫酸盐侵蚀研究进展

Abstract: Sulfate attack is one of the key factors to degrade the property of concrete materials.The experimental researches on the influence of sulfate attack onproperties of concrete materials were reviewed in ths paper.The concentration of SO2-4, types of anions pH values,temperature and dry-wet cycles in the surroundings have significant effect on the sulfate attack on the concrete materials.The water cement types and admixture influence the compactness of conxrete, the contents of C -S-H and Ca(OH)2,affecting the resistance of concrete to sulfate attack in another way. Furthermore , the tension and compression stress, other loads in the environment have effect on the evolution of properties of concrete under sulfate attack. Also,the statistical models and mechanical constitutive models were induced in this study and proved a new research direction for the life predication of the concrete structure under the condition of sulfate.

摘要: 硫酸盐侵蚀是导致混凝土性能劣化的重要因素之一。通过介绍环境因素、混凝土材料因素以及结构承载等方面开展硫酸盐侵蚀下混凝土性能演变的相关实验,环境中的SO2-4浓度、阴,阳离子类型、pH值、温度以及干湿交替等各种因素对混凝土硫酸盐侵蚀具有显著影响;水灰比、水泥种类、掺和料等将影响混凝土本身的密实度、C-S-H和Ca(OH)2的含量等,进而对混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能产生影响;混凝土结构所受到的拉压应力、其他荷载等也影响其受硫酸盐腐蚀性能演变。研究归纳了统计模型、力学本构模型等理论,为预测硫酸盐环境中混凝土结构的寿命等提供了新思路。
