Disease Cause of Severe Deviation of Transfer Piers of Continuous Beam Bridge

连续梁桥交接墩严重偏移病害原因研究

Abstract: According to the investigation results of the installation defects of basin rubber support and deviation disease of transfer piers, the causes of severe deviation disease of transfer piers of continuous beam bridge were revealed by the analysis on the data of 39 bridges, 130 bridge piers and 1 268 supports at the construction site and the anatomy analysis on some damaged supports. The analysis indicates that the deviation damage is easy to occur at transfer piers of the continuous beam bridge in such cases, the un-horizontal installation of bearing support surface, the large deviation of the installation of the support roof and support center and under the combined action of the force of the beam expansion under the temperature difference.

摘要: 以盆式橡胶支座安装缺陷和墩柱偏移病害调查结果为依据,对施工现场39座桥梁,130个桥墩(台),1 268个支座的数据进行分析,并对部分损坏支座进行解剖分析,揭示了连续梁桥交接墩严重偏移病害的原因。分析表明:支座支撑面安装不水平、支座顶板与支座中心位置安装存在较大偏离和温差变化时梁体伸缩产生的力的共同作用下,连续梁桥交接墩容易出现偏移破坏。
