温拌沥青混合料压实特性的宏细观分析

Abstract: Aiming at the hot asphalt mixture and warm asphalt mixture with different molding methods and different compaction times,the experiment research was carried out; at the same time,digital image processing technology was used to obtain the distribution image of their internal voids and aggregates,which were quantitatively described by void fractal dimension and particle area ratio.Therefore,the compaction characteristics of mixture were analyzed from the macro and micro aspects.It is concluded that using void ratio and void fraction dimension can get a basically same conclusion.The distribution structures of internal voids and aggregates of warm asphalt mixture by SGC are almost close at different levels.The close degree of internal vertical aggregate arrangement of warm asphalt mixture is larger by Marshall compaction.

摘要: 针对不同成型方式、压实次数下的温拌与热拌沥青混合料,在做试验研究的同时采用数字图像处理技术获取其内部空隙、集料的分布图像,并分别用空隙分维数、颗粒面积比进行定量描述,以此从宏观与细观两个层面共同分析混合料的压实特性。分析结果表明:用空隙率与空隙分维数分析可得到基本一致的结论;温拌沥青混合料用旋转压实成型其内部不同层面的空隙、集料的分布结构较为接近,用马歇尔击实成型其内部竖向的集料排列紧密程度较大。
