Evaluation Study on Technical Status of Steel Bridge Deck Paving in Anhui Province

安徽省钢桥面铺装技术状况评价研究

Abstract: In view of the present situation that there is no evaluation standard for the technical status of steel bridge deck paving system in the current standards, the inspection data and maintenance history of the paving layers of typical steel bridges in Anhui province over the years have been collected. Four indicators, that is, damage index, driving quality index, rutting depth index and skid resistance index of steel bridge paving system in Anhui province were put forward by mathematical statistics regression and expert scoring method. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation index, that is, the performance index of the pavement layer, was put forward according to the weight of each single index assigned by the corresponding experts. The fact shows that the evaluation standard of the technology status of steel bridge paving system fills the vacancy of the evaluation of steel deck paving condition, and lays a foundation for subsequent maintenance decision of pavement layer.

摘要: 针对目前规范中没有钢桥面铺装体系技术状况评价标准的现状,收集了安徽省境内各大典型钢桥铺装层历年检测数据及养护历史,利用数理统计回归以及专家评分法,提出了针对于安徽省钢桥铺装体系的损坏状况指数、行驶质量指数、车辙深度指数、抗滑性能指数4个单项指标,并结合相应专家对各单项指标权重的赋值,最终提出了铺装层使用性能指数这一综合评价指标。实践表明:钢桥铺装体系技术状况评价标准的提出填补了钢桥面铺装状况评价的空缺,为后续铺装层的养护决策奠定了基础。
