Study on Critical Thickness Ratio of Thinwalled Hollow Piers with Constant Cross Sections

等截面薄壁空心墩宽厚比限值研究

Abstract: Based on the condition that the central pressure bar had the same stabilizing coefficient,the calculation formula of the critical load of the central pressure bar under the combined action of the self-weight and the concentrated loads on top of the rod was deduced.Regarding the thin-walled hollow pier as a structure made of sheet components,in accordance with the failure form of the thin-walled hollow pier,where overall instability initially occurs,by setting the control condition that the overall stability stress of the piers was less than the critical stress of the slab the critical formula of thickness ratio (critical thickness) was deduced,and the result of the formula was verified using the finite element model.The results show that the limit thickness can be calculated using the formula in this paper,and that the calculation accuracy can meet engineering requirements.

摘要: 基于中心压杆具有相同稳定系数的条件,推导了考虑自重作用和杆顶集中力共同作用下的中心压杆临界荷载计算公式。视薄壁空心墩为薄 板构成的构件,根据薄壁空心墩优先发生整体失稳破坏的破坏形式,以桥墩整体稳定应力小于壁板临界应力作为控制条件,推导了桥墩受压壁板 应满足的临界宽厚比(临界厚度)计算公式,采用有限元模型进行验证。算例结果表明:采用推导出的公式可计算出已知板宽下的极限厚度,计算 精度能够满足工程要求。
