Choice Behavior of Bike-Sharing Based on Structural Equation Model

基于结构方程模型的共享自行车选择行为分析

Abstract: In order to study the choice behavior of bike-sharing deeply, a bike-sharing travel choice behavior model was established from the perspective of user perception. Taking the bike-sharing users as the research object, a questionnaire survey was conducted to extract the relevant individual characteristics and travel characteristics, and the maximum likelihood estimation method was used to estimate the model. Relative factors that might affect the intention of continuous use of bike-sharing were analyzed quantitatively, and connections between these variables were also explained. The results show that the service quality, attitude and satisfaction of bike-sharing have significant influence on the intention of continuous use, and the service quality also has significant influence on attitude and satisfaction. It has certain reference significance for improving the quality of bike-sharing service, formulating multi-directional green traffic guidance policy, and establishing efficient and fair government management and sustainable mechanism.

摘要: 为深入研究共享自行车出行选择行为,从使用者感知的角度构建了共享自行车出行选择行为模型。以共享自行车使用者为研究对象进行问卷调查,提取相关的个体特征和交通出行特性,利用极大似然估计方法对模型进行估计。量化分析影响共享自行车持续使用意向的相关因素,并解释各变量的关联性。研究结果表明:共享自行车的服务质量、态度、满意度对持续使用意向具有显著影响,服务质量对态度和满意度也具有显著影响。这对于提高共享自行车服务质量,多方位绿色交通引导政策制定,建立高效公平的政府管理及可持续机制有一定的借鉴意义。
