Constant Live-Load Effect Ratio of Common Small and Medium Span Concrete Beam Bridges

常见中小跨混凝土梁桥的恒活载效应比例关系研究

Abstract: In view of the relative lag of scientific research, technical specifications, and engineering practices for safety monitoring of small and medium span bridges at home and abroad, the constant live-load effect ratios of common small and medium span bridges and their differences with long-span bridges were studied. Several representative bridges were selected and a finite element calculation model was established. The constant and live load bending moment values at the mid-span position were extracted, and the constant live-load effect ratio of the small and medium span bridge was analyzed. Through calculations and comparative analysis, it is shown that the live-load effect ratio of common small and medium span concrete girder bridges accounts for a high proportion, and gradually decreases with the increase of span. The difference in live load ratio of concrete simply-supported girder bridges with the same span and different widths is very small. The live load ratio of small and medium bridges with the same span and different cross-section types is different,among which T-beam has the largest proportion of live load, followed by small box girder, and hollow slab has the smallest proportion.The live load ratio of the small and medium span bridges with the same span at different times decreases with the update of design specifications and design load levels and the change of design philosophy.The ratio of live load response of small and medium span bridges is significantly larger than that of long span girder bridges.This difference will significantly affect the selection of early warning and evaluation methods for safety monitoring data based on live load and constant load response.

摘要: 鉴于国内外针对中小跨桥梁安全监测的科学研究、技术规范和工程实践相对滞后,研究了常见中小跨梁桥的恒活载效应比例关系及与大跨径桥梁的差异。选取多座具有代表性的桥梁并建立有限元计算模型,提取跨中位置的恒、活载弯矩值,分析了中小跨梁桥的恒活载效应占比。通过计算和对比分析表明:常见中小跨混凝土梁桥的活载效应占比很高,且随跨径的增大而逐步减小。相同跨径不同桥宽的混凝土简支梁桥,活载占比差别很小;相同跨径不同截面形式的中小桥活载占比存在差异,其中T梁的活载占比最大,小箱梁次之,空心板最小;不同时期的相同跨径中小桥活载占比随着设计规范和设计荷载等级的更新及设计理念变化而减少。中小跨梁桥在活载响应比例上明显大于大跨径梁桥,这种差异会明显影响基于活载、恒载响应进行安全监测数据预警及评判方法的选择。
