Satisfaction of Integration of Urban and Rural Public Transport Based on Structural Equation Model

基于结构方程模型的城乡公交一体化满意度研究

Abstract: In order to lucubrate the deficiency in the integrated development of urban and rural public transport, the service quality of urban and rural public transport and the passenger satisfaction was targeted to improve. A county in Xinjiang province was taken as an example to conduct a questionnaire survey, which selected the perception of public transport environment, public transport convenience and public transport operation as the potential variables. Exploratory factor analysis was used to test the explanatory ability of the selected measurement variables to related problems. Based on the hypothesis of structural equation model (SEM), a satisfaction evaluation model of urban-rural public transport integration was constructed. On the basis of eligible adaptability of the proposed model, the operation results of the proposed model were analyzed and the corresponding optimization measures were put forward. The results indicate that the perception of public transport environment, public transport convenience and public transport operation are directly and positively correlated with satisfaction degree; the perception of public transportation convenience has the greatest influence on the satisfaction degree; the lack of urban and rural public transport information platform is the main factor which affects the convenience; improving ride comfort and driver passenger service quality in turn can effectively improve passenger satisfaction and urban and rural public transport service quality.

摘要: 为了深入分析城乡公交一体化发展中存在的问题,有针对性地改善城乡公交服务质量,提升乘客满意度。以新疆某县域为实例进行问卷调查,选取公交环境感知、公交便利度感知和公交运营感知为影响乘客满意度的潜在变量,采用探索性因子分析法检验所选测量变量对相关问题的解释能力,基于结构方程模型(SEM)提出假设,构建了城乡公交一体化满意度评价模型。在模型适配度良好的基础上,分析了模型运算结果并提出相应优化措施,结果表明:公交环境感知、公交便利度感知、公交运营感知对满意度均为直接正向相关;公交便利度感知对满意度的影响程度最大;缺少城乡公交信息平台是影响便利度的主要因素;依次提升乘车舒适度和司乘服务质量可有效提高乘客满意度和提升城乡公交服务质量。
