Finite Element Analysis on Gongmao Building Extension Impact to No. 3 Rail Transit Line

工贸大厦改扩建工程对轨道3 号线影响有限元分析

Abstract: Gongmao Metro Station of Chongqing No. 3 rail transit line is located at the side of Gongmao Building and right through the Building annex. The No. 3 pedestrian gateway of the station is close to the new annex construction. In order to ensure the security of the station and related structures during the construction of the annex,a finite element simulation of the annex construction process was conducted in this study. The impact of the deformation of the station and related structures from annex construction was estimated. The results showed that the impact of current annex construction plan to the station structure is significant. It is recommended that the distance between the construction project and transit line should be increased so that the normal operation of the transit line is uninterrupted. This conclusion provides the guidance for the successful execution of the extension project of Gongmao Building.

摘要: 重庆市轨道3号线工贸车站位于工贸大厦已有裙楼正下方、工贸大厦侧边,并且车站3号人行通道距新建裙 楼较近。为了确保工贸大厦改扩建工程施工时,不影响工贸车站和周围附属结构的安全,用三维弹塑性有限元方 法,对工贸改扩建工程的施工进行有限元仿真模拟,预测改扩建施工对工贸车站和附属结构的变形影响。计算结果 表明工贸大厦改扩建工程的原设计方案对轨道3号线结构影响较大,需要修改。提出了增加改扩建工程与轨道结 构距离,以确保施工时轨道3号线正常运营的修改方案。方案为该工程的顺利实施提供了依据。
