Rear Engine Drive Module Development Based on ADVISOR

基于ADVISOR的后置发动机驱动模块开发

Abstract: In order to develop HEV bus based on HB6732, the redevelopment of the rear engine drive module was carried out on the ADVISOR platform. The vehicle model of HB6732 was established, and the rear axle driven model of bus was established by MATLAB/Simulink. The model was embedded in ADVISOR, and HB6732 bus parameters were used to simulate the performance of the whole vehicle. The simulation results were compared with the experimental values. The results show that the simulation results and experimental results are basically consistent. The established vehicle model and the redeveloped rear axle drive module have better simulation accuracy, which could be applied to the subsequent development of HEV bus.

摘要: 为了在HB6732基础上开发混合动力客车,要在ADVISOR平台对后置发动机驱动模块进行二次开发,建立了HB6732的整车模型,并通过 MATLAB/Simulink建立客车的后轴驱动模型,将模型嵌入ADVISOR中,利用HB6732客车参数进行整车性能仿真。仿真结果与实验值对比表明:仿真结果与实 验结果基本一致,建立的整车模型以及开发的后轴驱动模块有较好的仿真精度,能运用于后续混合动力客车的开发。
